What LumaLink does

LumaLink connects an Android phone camera to a companion receiver on a computer. The app needs camera access to produce the video feed and may need microphone access when audio streaming is used.

Local connections

LumaLink is designed to connect devices over USB or a local Wi-Fi network. Camera and microphone content is used to provide the connection you start. It is not intended to be stored by Web Dev NC as part of normal operation.

Accounts and advertising

The current LumaLink app does not require a LumaLink account. The release under test does not present advertising.

Website data

This download website is served through Firebase Hosting. Hosting providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested path, and timestamps for security and service operation. This site does not load advertising, analytics, or tracking scripts.

Permissions

Android camera and microphone permissions are used only when the related feature needs them. Desktop operating systems or camera clients may request their own permissions. You can review or revoke permissions in system settings.

Children

LumaLink is a general camera utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information through the app.
