Web Dev NC operates webdevnc.com. In this policy, “Web Dev NC,” “we,” and “us” refer to the business that operates this website and responds to project inquiries.

This policy applies to webdevnc.com, its contact options, project inquiry form, and consultation booking page. It does not cover the HeartSync or Baagchal mobile apps. Read the separate HeartSync Privacy Policy or Baagchal Privacy Policy for those products.

We receive information when you contact us, request a consultation, book a meeting, or discuss a project. This may include:

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, health records, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through the project form.

• Google Apps Script: receives project inquiry form submissions and sends the details to Web Dev NC.
• Calendly: displays available meeting times and processes appointment details when you choose to book. Read Calendly’s Privacy Notice.

These providers may process information in the United States or other countries under their own privacy terms and security measures.

Cookies and similar technology

Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Calendly may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser technology to operate their features, distinguish visits, remember choices, measure use, and protect their services.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may limit the Calendly booking tool or reduce how well parts of the site work. You can also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

How long information is kept

We keep inquiry, appointment, and project records for as long as needed to respond, provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We delete or anonymize information when we no longer need it for those purposes.

Google, Microsoft, Calendly, and other providers control retention within their services under their settings, contracts, and privacy policies.

Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. You may also have the right to object to or limit certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You can unsubscribe from non-essential marketing email by using the unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting us. Service replies, proposal discussions, and project communications are not marketing subscriptions.

Security
